// The Problem

Global eCommerce platforms don't understand local commerce. Electronic invoicing, local taxes, regional payment methods, last-mile logistics — everything requires costly workarounds or integrations that break.

The Vision

NexoShop was born from the frustration of watching local stores struggle with generic platforms that don’t understand their needs. Shopify doesn’t solve Colombian electronic invoicing. WooCommerce becomes unmanageable. Local solutions have UX from the 2000s.

We’re building the platform we ourselves would use.

What Makes It Different

Custom Modules

Local accounting — DIAN electronic invoicing, taxes by department, automatic tax reports
Automations — Transactional emails, inventory alerts, order tracking via WhatsApp
Smart catalog — Unlimited variants, per-customer pricing, programmable discounts

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Each store is independent but shares the infrastructure. This means lower costs for the merchant and centralized updates for us.
